This comeback of Super Forms in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has ignited widespread enthusiasm across the community. Starting with the gradual reveal of newcomers before the game's launch, to players forming firm views on the entire lineup of new Megas, there's plenty for enthusiasts to anticipate.

Given many of the Mega Evolutions boasting unique appearances that emphasize their personalities, one thought came to mind: What's the best way to link this with astrology? This list is based on a mix of vibes, common zodiac traits, and individual observations.

Aries – Super Camerupt

To be truthful, Houndoom was almost chosen for Aries, as they are the Mega Pokémon and astrological sign that inspire the greatest apprehension. Observe this total royalty. You cannot convince me this Pokémon is not the life of any gathering, providing an endless stream of gossip to those who wish to listen. Much like an enrapturing, sociable Gemini, it's very easy to envision Super Medicham captivating an whole open area with their stories. This Pokémon's Pokédex entry also states its ability to predict an opponent's next moves, which seems quite similar to a people-smart Twins.

Cancer – Mega Manectric

The Maiden – Super Victreebel

The ever-prepared and perpetually-anxious Maiden is perfectly represented in Mega Victreebel, the Super Form with perpetual digestive issues. The sign known for being charmingly judgmental is strongly reflected across this Pokémon’s whole evolutionary chain, from a always shocked face like a Virgo when you tell them you don’t have a retirement plan, to its upside-down visage that’s similar to the emoji a Virgo posts to the chatroom when everyone says they want to “be spontaneous” instead of making a strategy.

Libra – Mega Audino

Observe this sweet, empathetic being, who uses the feelers on its auditory organs to tell how people are feeling by their heartbeat. Consistently empathetic – occasionally to a detriment – and striving to maintain the harmony, there are numerous Libras who would probably benefit from Mega Audino’s abilities. However, to be frank, it would probably just cause them to worry even more about others.

Scorpio – Mega Banette

This Ghost-type is a creature with a unexpectedly tragic backstory: Discarded as a toy, it gained consciousness through sheer hatred and swore revenge on its former owner. According to the official info, Mega Evolution, “enhances its vindictiveness.” That seems precisely like several conversations I’ve had with my scary Scorpio friends. A Scorpio loves karma and retribution, making them the ideal pair with Mega Banette.

Sagittarius – Mega Hawlucha

Each Mega Hawlucha and Archers are constantly putting on a show. Being a Archer myself, the number of times I’ve called myself some version of a “silly small entertainer” is innumerable. The most flamboyant and most obnoxious Mega Evolution, its description even mentions how it “poses to show off its strength.” I would do the very same thing if I had some kind of Super Form, making Super Hawlucha the most apt Archer match I can imagine.

The Goat – Mega Absol
